Because of the amount of work required to prepare for equine sessions, the following cancellation policy is in effect:
All sessions must be booked in advance.
Cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment: The full amount for the session will be charged (no refund).
Cancellation from 48 hours to 24 hours of the appointment: A charge of half of the current rate for the session will be assessed (half-fee refund).
Cancellation prior to 48 hours of the appointment: there will be no charge for the session (full refund).
Severe weather cancellations will result in rescheduling your appointment. If in doubt, please call at least three hours prior to your appointment to confirm that it is still taking place.
